SEARCH PROCESS AND OPERATION
1. BriefingAfter an exact analysis of the requirements and the description of the positions to be filled, we create a search profile and a list of target companies. This sets out the basis for the executive search.
2. SearchAfter the identification and evaluation of suitable candidates, we will then proceed to approach them directly. In the course of this research and validation process, the first selection of candidates emerges.
3. InterviewsDuring the selection interviews, we verify the qualifications and skills of potential candidates. Above all, we get a direct and detailed impression of the personality, the motivation and their goals. Based on the information gained, we will prepare a confidential report about the most suitable candidates.
4. PresentationWe introduce to our clients the candidates that they have selected. The first talks are gladly moderated by us to promote mutual understanding and to help you with the decision-making. Here in particular, our customers benefit from our strong intercultural.
5. OnboardingAs a trustworthy discussion partner, we are available for our customers and the selected candidates in the transitional phase until the start of the new activity as well as throughout the training period. We advise you on the introduction of candidates in their new fields of activity and on their integration into existing management teams.
