If the new job holder leaves the customer within the first 12 months, we will start a new search free of charge.

    After an exact analysis of the requirements and the description of the positions to be filled, we create a search profile and a list of target companies. This sets out the basis for the executive search.

    After the identification and evaluation of suitable candidates, we will then proceed to approach them directly. During this research and validation process, the first selection of candidates emerges.l.

    During the selection interviews, we verify the qualifications and skills of potential candidates.
